We loved brewing Tanghulu and got such great feedback from everyone last year, that not only did we decide to brew it again, we decided to make a fresh variant with strawberry and hawthorn this year to reflect some of the other fruit choices people love! Sweet strawberry and tart hawthorn, super-fruited with just a touch of candied sweetness to produce that flood of flavour.
Aroma: Fresh red strawberry on the front, with hawthorn following, tart acidity.
Appearance: Thick creamy toffee haze, medium-low carbonation.
Taste: Bright fresh strawberry, tart hawthorn and sweet caramel, thick plush mouthfeel.
