Thick and creamy, we added hops in the mash to bring out the pre-thiols to play with Omega Yeast’s Heliogazer yeast, then added Citra and Mosaic hops for a fresh citrus base and finally dry-hopped with Bru-1, Motueka with added milk sugars and Madagascan vanilla for a big tropical punch and a big creamy mouthfeel. Irresistibly drinkable! We’ve heavily dry-hopped with Krush and Mosaic for a juicy plush taste sensation. While Atrectus might not have recognised a Hazy IPA as similar to the beer he brewed, you’ll recognise it as a beer you just want to keep drinking!
